Reichey, Declan

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Seton Hall University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from Kean University. My passion for education is rooted in the belief that every student deserves meaningful, socially significant goals that support their growth both in and out of the classroom. As an educator, my priority is to create an environment where students feel comfortable, happy, and motivated to learn.

I strive to make the classroom a space that is inclusive, engaging, and fun—where all learners can thrive. I'm proud to be part of the Shore Center community, where we emphasize hands-on learning and community-based experiences that enrich our students' lives. The collaborative spirit among the staff ensures that we are always working together to support the individual needs of our students.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, playing golf with friends and family, and cheering on the New York Giants on Sundays.
