Savarese, Tiffany
My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education from Montclair State University. I also studied Autism Studies while attending Kean University to obtain my Special Education Certification. Currently, I'm working on my Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Autism at Monmouth University. My goal as an educator is to teach my students how to be the best version of themselves by creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where they feel comfortable being who they are.
Creating a safe space where my students feel empowered to learn in their own way is a core part of my teaching philosophy. I believe in giving them the freedom to take the lead, whether we're working at a desk, on the carpet, or even in the hallway. I'm proud to be a part of the Shore Center community, a place where I truly feel I am who I'm meant to be. The lessons I've learned from my students over the past four years have been invaluable, and I am deeply proud of the teacher I've become thanks to their trust and resilience.
